No, I have not had permenent damage, but that's largely because I have never been secured down properly to give undue fended access to my balls.
I have tried to get my balls busted but the mistress I tried this with was very poor at tying me down and when I got the first blow or hard squeeze I would wriggle free like a wimp.
I long to get secured properly with straps, legs widely spread, giving access to a Mistress to bust my balls!! Permanent damage doesn't sound like fun, but just enough to make me physically sick would be amazing!!!
