Most aspects of the paranormal fascinate me. Things that go bump in the night, UFOs, ghosts, aliens etc.. The subject of time travel is most appealing as I would love to try it. Just think where you could go. A Viking festival, Roman orgy LOL, anywhere in history. I don't mean to change history but to travel and watch. Then again what would you do if you did have a chance to change history? Kill Adolf Hitler as a child? Prevent the assassination of JFK? Give the captain of the Titanic driving lessons?

Anybody read books by the Swiss author Erik Von Daniken? They are about this world visited by aliens many years ago, and the evidence they left behind. Well worth reading if you have the time and inclinations. When I look at many walking the streets nowadays, I think aliens are here already LOL

I was once married to a professional medium who gave readings and contacted the dead. So I am well used to things that go bump in the night, and they often did.

Have you ever watched a cat in a quiet room, the way it stares and watches something we cannot see? The way its eyes follows something around the room. Apparently a cat's radar is far more unique and sensitive than any machine we have now.

I have never seen a UFO but I sure do believe in them. To get here they would have to travel faster than light, which is impossible without repercussions. Unless they have some other sort of technology which is beyond us.

Did man go to the moon in 1969 and a couple of other times? The arguments still rage today. If so how did they pass the Van Allen radiation belt which would have burned them to a crisp?

The Big Bang started all this off 13.5 billion years ago, but what was special about it? The biggest bang ever, and it happened in silence. No airwaves in space :)

If there are any aliens out there who wish to comment on all this, please fire away.

I've read all the Von Daniken books. Quite fascinating. A lot of it has since been debunked, but it still leaves some interesting questions.

Have you ever seen the movie The Last Supper with Ron Perlman and Cameron Diaz? It raises some of your questions, like what to do if you met Hitler as a child. Would you educate or eradicate?

And then there's "What The (Bleep) Do We Know?" about quantum physics, time travel and such. I believe in aliens, as far as the context that there must be life outside of us in the universe. To me it makes more sense to believe there ARE alien beings, then to not. The odds are more for it than against it.

Hi Zippy and thanks for replying,

Never seen the film The Last Supper, but looked it up and it's a black comedy. If it comes my way I will have a watch.

As regards the time travel, I have heard many stories about this which seem to originate in France for some reason. You can drive yourself mad thinking of the possibilities. If you go back in time and kill your own grandfather what would happen to you? Cease to exist? But you did exist to go back and kill him. But if you killed him how did you live to go back in time and do the deed?

Pass the aspirins please LOL

I like the possibilities of the "Butterfly Effect" as well. Even the movie was good, once you get past Ashton Kutcher starring in it...lol
